The Ecology Centre offers Team Building days to promote team working, improve efficiency within the work place and build relationships between work colleagues. 

Set in the peaceful environment around Kinghorn Loch, Team Building days provide opportunities for staff to work closely together as well as providing a relaxing and calming location in which to do so.

Activities focus on:-

• why individuals are important,
• leadership and communication within the work environment
• the importance of a good team.

Activities are both inside and outside, designed to be fun and enjoyable. They are not of a highly physical nature and are not designed to be strenuous. All Team Building days are tailored to suit the group's needs and requirements.
